IMPORTANT INFORMATION REGARDING YOUR DECISION TO PURCHASE: READ CAREFULLY.

30-Day Money Back Guarantee

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchased SHAFT for any reason, you may return it for an exchange or a refund within 30 days from the date your purchased product was marked delivered.  The shaft must be returned in its original packaging along with all provided components, including the shaft, the grip, and the adapter (if shipped).  Original shipping charges are non-refundable and will not be credited back to you.  All return shipping charges are the customer’s responsibility.

To be eligible for a return, please email support@newtonshafts.com and request the Return Merchandise Authorization “RMA” number.  Returns will not be accepted without a pre-approved RMA.  The returned shaft must be in “like new” condition, and the box dated received by a qualified carrier, (Qualified carriers are: UPS, USPS, FEDX or DHL) within 30 days of delivery to the address on the original order form, by the shipping company

If you wish to return the shaft from 31 days to 45 days after purchase, there is a 30% restocking charge and the putter must meet all of the same conditions above.

 

 

After 45 days all putter sales are final.

All other products (Accessories) may be returned within 15 days for a full refund, less shipping, if it was complimentary, or exchange if the product is unused (not worn when it is clothing or used when it is a bag or cover) and it must be returned in its original packaging, including its packing slip and your receipt for the purchase.

After 30 days sales of these (Gear) items are final.
